Came here for 14 nights with my service dog, everything was really good. Got the same well-appointed executive king room with 2 queen beds booked online, liked that. The hotel location was perfect on to motorways.

The staff we met were dishonest.

Appreciated our 2 nights here. Hotel's location was exceptionally nice and ideal as it was next to a bus station. A market and a shopping mall were right next door. The service we got was very good👌

Location was good for UMICH move-in.

It became my favorite place to stay in Ann Arbor.

Service was prompt, helpful and cheerful. Room was lovely, Great beds, very clean. Breakfast was good. It was our first stay... It was a very pleasant experience.

decent stay but needs better breakfast options

The location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions. The room felt spacious for a couple, great to move around comfortably. The cleanliness of the hotel was appreciated. Having a cozy corner in the room made it a nice spot to relax after a day out.

The breakfast options were a bit limited, disappointing.

Staff very cordial, if lacking in content.

Pool was down for maintenance but not communicated at check in, primary reason we selected the property. The water in the toilet was hot, very disconcerting, couple that with pool and it made you wonder what else could be amiss.

Place was well-maintained and quiet, enjoyed the stay.

Our room had a very comfy bed and a particularly good view. The location was favourable and ideal for exploring this safe area, next to Ann Arbor for a medical consultation at the University of Michigan Hospital, restaurants and 2 beautiful grocery stores w/ phenomenal deli selections, and Briarwood mall.

Can recommend for exploring town

Clean room, comfortable bed, with free parking and a nice indoor swimming pool to unwind after a day of exploring.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Liked the breakfast in the morning.

Air conditioner in our room did not work properly. It did not change temp to reduce humidity. No bathroom exhaust fan and one of the beds was so close to the wall, there was no way someone could get out of bed on that side. It was so narrow -- a matter of inches --- it had obviously never been vacuumed or cleaned.

The bed was not good. Not sure the sheet had been washed. Arrived late and they put in a handicap room. I would been happier sleepingon the car.

close to parks and nature areas for relaxing strolls

I really enjoyed my stay, especially because the place is so close to beautiful parks like Matthaei Botanical Gardens and Olson Park. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and having a comfortable room just steps away from amazing outdoor spots was perfect for a weekend getaway.

Very convenient for North Campus UoM. Clean comfortable hotel for the price. Staff very helpful - front desk staff gave lots of info/advice on area. Breakfast included and perfectly good for refueling the family. Would stay again.

Nice pool area however although clean it was littered with broken pool toys by time we used it (7pm) - minor point.

The staff from check-in to cleaning were very nice and took time to answer any questions we had. We like that it was connected to Applebee's.
